Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corp seeks a Procurement Analyst to support the Global COE in driving Source-to-Pay, T&E, corporate card programs, and fleet management. The role emphasizes analytics, user adoption, and governance across global procurement processes.

Responsibilities include system administration, training, dashboard development, and collaboration with IT and stakeholders to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain with S2P, T&E, and fleet focus.
• Experience with S2P platforms (GEP preferred), Navan for T&E, Wheels for fleet, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management and process standardization.
• Experience in global procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for procurement, T&E, corporate card, and fleet processes.
• Serve as SME for procurement technologies and system configurations.
• Administer and optimize platforms: Wheels, Mike Albert fleet, GEP, Amex cards.
• Troubleshoot IT and business issues to improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs and user guides.
• Monitor policy compliance and report on adherence.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for procurement and spend analysis.
