Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Transportation Logistics Analyst to optimize and manage all transportation operations for FTL and LTL shipments. You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include analyzing freight data, developing reports, and implementing logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in transportation or logistics, with exposure to FTL and LTL networks.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP software (MercuryGate, FourKites, JD Edwards).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily FTL and LTL shipments ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align shipment schedules with demand and capacity.
• Optimize mode selection, route planning, and carrier allocation for efficiency.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain relationships with carrier representatives and resolve issues.
