Job summary

Clearway Energy is seeking a Planning Analyst to own project scheduling, spend curve management, and liquidity forecasting across a development portfolio. The role coordinates between Development, Procurement, Estimating, Engineering, Pre-Construction, and external vendors, with hybrid work options across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive project scheduling experience, including large-scale capital construction in renewable energy preferred.
• Strong CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and EVM knowledge.
• Ability to build and maintain complex schedules across multiple work streams.
• Familiarity with SAP budget module for WBS creation, budget upload, and coding workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for development projects.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with internal and external stakeholders; document changes and impacts.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and lead recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Prepare schedule status reports, look-ahead schedules, and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and support recovery planning and coordination.
• Maintain templates and standardization; drive streamlined reporting using AI-enabled tools.
