Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago seeks a Sr. Associate Project Controls Cost & Scheduling to create detailed construction schedules, perform critical path analysis, and provide earned value reporting. You'll collaborate with the project management team and support other controls functions as needed.

The role supports a hybrid schedule (in office Mon-Thu, remote on Fridays) and involves coordinating across departments to keep schedule integrity and provide strategic updates.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years work experience in construction or related role.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Experience in CPM scheduling and cost-schedule integration.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with critical path, milestones, durations, and constraints.
• Act as scheduling SME within the organization.
• Implement QA/QC on schedules for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor schedule risks and craft mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate impacts of change orders on timelines and costs.
• Provide Earned Value analysis and progress reporting.
