Job summary

Clearway Energy Group seeks a Planning Analyst to own scheduling, spend forecasting, and SAP budget coordination across development projects. You will automate and optimize processes, report to the Director of Procurement Operations, and collaborate with Development, Procurement, Estimating, Engineering, and external vendors.

Qualified candidates will have a 4+ year track record in CPM scheduling, EVM, and spend forecasting, plus SAP budget experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive scheduling experience on large capital projects.
• Strong CPM, EVM, risk analysis and forecasting skills.
• Experience with SAP budgeting and project coding workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software.
• Facilitate review meetings, document changes and impacts on schedule.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and lead recovery planning.
• Prepare schedule status reports and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and support recovery coordination.
• Standardize templates and improve scheduling practices across the portfolio.
• Implement AI-enabled tools for streamlined scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate spend curve commitments and ad hoc procurement reporting.
