Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Planning Analyst to develop and maintain project schedules, manage spend curves, and forecast liquidity across our development portfolio. You will coordinate SAP budget uploads and provide ad hoc procurement project reporting, while collaborating with Development, Procurement, Estimating, and Engineering teams.

This role can be based in San Francisco, San Diego, Denver, or Scottsdale, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of progressive project scheduling experience across large-scale capital construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for development projects.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and document changes and decisions.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare schedule status reports, look ahead schedules and variance analyses.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and support recovery planning.
• Maintain schedule templates and promote standardized practices.
• Implement streamlined scheduling updates using AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate ad hoc procurement project reporting.
