Job summary

Clearway Energy is seeking a Planning Analyst to manage project schedules, spend curves, and liquidity forecasting across its development portfolio. The role coordinates between Development, Procurement, Estimating, Engineering, and external vendors, providing automated and optimized scheduling updates using AI-enabled tools.

Based in one of our US offices (Denver preferred), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure correct budget uploads in SAP, and support a recurring reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive project scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and EVM.
• Experience with SAP budget module and WBS budgeting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in the scheduling software for development projects.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and document schedule changes and impacts.
• Monitor project progress, flag delays, and lead recovery planning.
• Prepare schedule status reports, look-ahead schedules, and variance analyses.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and support coordination of recovery plans.
• Maintain schedule templates and improve scheduling practices across the portfolio.
• Implement streamlined scheduling updates using AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate spend curve commitments with stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate key changes to the team.
• Upload approved budgets to SAP and communicate budget data to project teams.
