Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation required.
• Two+ years of planning, subdivision control, or zoning enforcement experience.

• Substitution: two+ years in permitting, land development, or construction-related industry may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial and residential permit applications for zoning compliance.
• Assess development impact fees, permit fees, and grading securities.
• Review documents for legality and expedite approvals.
• Communicate permit-related matters with property owners and design professionals.
• Maintain grading permit records and draft legal documents for review.
