Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc seeks a Manager, Planning to guide the Machine Planning and Production Control teams at its Newington, NH facility. You will mentor, train, and implement robust planning processes aligned with Master Build Plan objectives and company goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in manufacturing supply chain, 2+ years of leadership, and strong MRP/ERP knowledge including Oracle EBS and ASCP. Occasional travel may be required; adherence to ISO and safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 5–7 years in manufacturing supply chain.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading production/planning teams.
• Lean manufacturing and JIT experience.
• Proficient with Oracle EBS, ASCP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Planning team to meet master build plans.
• Ensure accurate MRP signals and policy compliance.
• Escalation point for planners on risk.
• Provide executive reports on production performance.
• Track schedules and perform risk analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training for Planners and Production Coordinators.
