Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Logistics to oversee Receiving, Inventory, and Shipping operations at its Newington, NH facility. You will lead a small team, coordinate with Quality, Sales, Engineering, and Assembly, and ensure accurate inventory and timely fulfillment.

This role emphasizes safety, OSHA/EPA compliance, and continuous improvement through 5S and lean initiatives. A 2+ year background in supply chain and 1+ year in leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or related logistics fields.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team.
• Must have range access.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, storage, packing, and order fulfillment operations.
• Maintain daily put away, cycle counting, and on-time receipts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy above 99% and investigate discrepancies.
• Assign work to optimize costs, accuracy and throughput.
• Maintain staffing aligned with skills and safety rules.
• Provide training and guidance; ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and drive safety initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and sustain 5S standards.
• Communicate issues and solutions with management; troubleshoot workflows.
