Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong communication across the organization.
• Lean, JIT, BOM/ECO/PLM process knowledge.
• Proficient with Oracle EBS, ASCP, and Agile concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage deadlines based on expectations.
• Lead planning, production control, and machine planning teams.
• Prepare executive-friendly reports on production performance.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and mitigate risks.
• Coach and mentor Planners and provide training.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
• Coordinate with directors and executive leadership daily.
