Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in Newington, NH seeks a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of supplied materials and drive corrective actions across design, manufacturing and purchasing teams.

You will lead root-cause analyses, develop control plans, manage Gage R&R, PPAP processes, ISO audits, and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives in a busy manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates hold a Engineering degree with 7+ years in supplier quality, strong metrology skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7–10 years in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

Review and disposition non-conforming material of major complexity using inspection data and quality methods.
Determine appropriate gaging methods and collect Gage R&R and bias data; design/approve custom gages.
Train others on supplier quality systems and drive continuous improvement projects.
Lead ISO compliance activities and participate in internal/external audits.
Support internal teams (Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing) and external suppliers.
