Employment Solutions of New York, Inc. in Milford, CT partners with an aerospace company to recruit a Master Planner who will lead the Planning and Production Control team and oversee master scheduling, capacity optimization, and inventory management.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer demand and delivery commitments. 5+ years in manufacturing planning and strong ERP/MRP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production planning, master scheduling, or production control.
• Experience leading or supervising planning or production control teams.
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP/ERP systems, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Lead and develop Production Planners and Production Control personnel.
• Manage production schedules, work order priorities, and schedule adherence.
• Identify capacity constraints, material shortages, and production delays; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Optimize inventory, production lead times, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Monitor KPIs, including on-time delivery, schedule attainment, inventory turns, and capacity utilization.
• Improve planning processes and maintain accurate ERP/MRP data.
