The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery seeks an organized Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Lakewood, Washington. You will coordinate the Planned Maintenance program for your territory, ensuring all contracts are current and targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle maintenance requests from internal and external customers
2. Connect with customers to book maintenance services
3. Create and distribute maintenance reports
4. Educate stakeholders on maintenance compliance
5. Recommend additional services to customers
6. Identify new opportunities for the Service department and other units

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in a similar role with strong customer service skills
2. A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management, or related field (asset)
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong organization and time management
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. A confident self-starter with a positive attitude

Compensation and Location

The role offers a base salary of $45,000 per year. It is an onsite position based in Lakewood, Washington.
