Vanguard Group, Inc. is seeking a Plan Sponsor Partnership Marketing Executive in the United States.

You will lead a team to design and execute plan-specific communications, marketing, and engagement efforts, targeting early adopter plan sponsors with customized campaigns. In this hybrid role, you will influence sponsors to partner with Vanguard on financial wellbeing services, and you will work across client teams to balance servicing and marketing while driving brand awareness and participant

Qualifications

• Eight years related work experience with five years of marketing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of communication consultants to design and execute plan-specific communications, marketing, and engagement efforts.
• Work with client teams to identify early adopter plan sponsors and design custom financial wellness blitz campaigns.
• Influence plan sponsors to partner with Vanguard on relevant financial wellbeing services and leverage the plan sponsor's channels to distribute information to participants.
• Optimize this function to balance servicing and marketing - new interaction models, roles and responsibilities, internal stakeholder support, etc.
• Define and deliver marketing and communications strategies to our target audiences, using a mix of experiments to learn and campaigns to scale and automate.
• Build brand awareness and establish enduring relationships with retirement plan participants as well as improve client and participant satisfaction.
• Increase consideration of Vanguard's in-plan and out-of-plan offers with participants and plan sponsors.
• Drive conversion of products and services relevant to the plan and participant moments that matter.
