You will help shape executive engagement strategies, deliver marquee client experiences, and support thought leadership initiatives that position Vanguard with C-suite leaders.

The role involves partnering with sales, marketing and leadership to drive business impact across multiple programs, events, and content activations in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of asset management and enterprise-level clients.
• Experience in planning and coordinating events and client-facing experiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Marketing Execution: support integrated marketing initiatives for priority enterprise clients.
• Differentiated Client Experiences and Event Execution: plan and coordinate executive forums, councils, hospitality programs, and regional events.
• Thought Leadership and Content Activation: support development and activation of thought leadership initiatives.
• Program Coordination: assist multiple marketing initiatives, maintain planning processes and timelines.
