Job summary

Vanguard is building an Enterprise Client Marketing team focused on strengthening relationships with priority institutional clients. The Senior Marketing Manager will shape engagement strategies and deliver coordinated client experiences for C-suite leaders, partnering across sales, marketing, and leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years related work experience, three years of marketing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of asset management, investment solutions, client segments, and enterprise-level clients.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and client engagement programs.
• Experience developing thought leadership that translates complex market, investment, or business topics into compelling narratives.
• Ability to plan and execute executive forums, client councils, premium hospitality programs, or other high-impact client experiences.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders across sales, investments, marketing, communications, legal, compliance, analytics, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Engagement: Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to strengthen relationships with priority enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
• Differentiated Client Experiences and Marquee Events: Lead planning and execution of high-impact client experiences, including executive forums and regional events.
• Thought Leadership and Content Strategy: Develop and execute thought leadership and content strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Strategic Positioning and Executive Communications: Shape Vanguard’s value proposition and support executive-level messaging, talking points, and client communications.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications, legal, compliance, analytics, and operations to align engagement strategies.
