Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Plan & Spec Sales Professional in Atlanta, GA to drive new construction and retrofit specification opportunities across the Georgia region. You will manage the sales lifecycle from plan identification through bid submission, interpreting project documents and aligning our BAS capabilities with client needs.

Travel up to 50% and collaboration with engineers, contractors, and manufacturers will be essential to win profitable projects by leveraging Distech,

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, plans, and specs.
• Estimate and develop detailed, professional proposals.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Specification Analysis and interpretation of project docs.
• Specification Influence through technical consultation and VE with engineers.
• Estimating & Proposal Development for projects and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations to validate scope and profitability.
