Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Superintendent - Automation to lead on-site BAS installations in Augusta, GA. You will oversee field crews, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and safety standards on critical commercial facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in BAS or related electrical supervision, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and strong diagnostic skills in Distech, Tridium Niagara, or Schneider Electric controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site BAS installation teams in commercial facilities.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage HVAC controls and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field operations and direct installation activities.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, schedule, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and clients to resolve field issues and maintain milestones.
• Provide mentorship and safety guidance to junior field installers.
