Recruitify USA seeks a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney in Los Angeles to join its employment litigation practice. This is a full-time, hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Candidates should have 4+ years in employment litigation, especially wage and hour class actions, and be admitted to the State Bar of California. The firm offers a base salary of $260,000-$340,000 plus discretionary bonus, with total compensation potential around $410,000-$475,000 for top

Qualifications

4+ years of employment litigation experience preferred.
Wage and hour class action experience required.
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Strong academic credentials; excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Handle employer-side employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff cases and class actions.
Work on wage and hour class action litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Advise employers on employment law matters and workplace compliance.
Provide employment law counseling to clients.
Work closely with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation matters.
