Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Moorestown, NJ seeks a full-time Attorney for an on-site role handling plaintiff-side personal injury and workers' compensation matters. You will manage a diverse caseload, perform legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and advise clients with practical guidance.

Collaborate with a small firm team on litigation, prepare for depositions and hearings, and maintain organized files while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in NJ is required.
• Experience in PI/wc litigation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a PI and workers' compensation caseload.
• Advise clients on claims and case developments.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Prepare clients for depositions and hearings.
• Represent clients at depositions and hearings as needed.
• Negotiate with opposing parties on behalf of clients.
