Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Employment Law Attorney for its Jersey City, NJ practice. The attorney will manage a complex caseload, participate in hearings, and contribute to the statewide workers' compensation practice.

The role requires a JD, active NJ State Bar membership, and 3+ years of workers' compensation experience, with strong writing and advocacy skills to support clients through depositions and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Requires JD from an accredited law school.
• Active NJ State Bar Association membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
