BCG Attorney Search in King of Prussia, PA seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation to manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, providing strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional research, drafting, and litigation skills, collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment, and meet the 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the practice group.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action.
• Draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Prepare for and attend trials.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and stakeholders to deliver strategic legal advice.
• Manage deadlines and assignments with ownership and independence.
• Meet an annual billable requirement of 1,950 hours.
