Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law preferred; training available for motivated beginners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral, or similar software.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation cases.
• Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved.
