Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of Law with focus on plaintiff, personal injury, and workers' compensation.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice and represent clients in negotiation.
• Proficient in legal research including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting motions.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in NJ and PA.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Commitment to ethics, client service, and collaboration in a small firm.
• Experience in personal injury and workers' compensation litigation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
