Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Personal Injury and Employment Law Associate to join a Fort Lee, NJ team. The attorney will manage a full caseload in a fast-paced, paperless office and handle all aspects from intake to trial.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in NJ personal injury and/or employment law, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. JD required; NJ license preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in NJ personal injury and/or employment law.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft complaints, motions, responsive pleadings, and settlement documents.
• Handle depositions and appear at court proceedings independently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, counsel, medical providers, and experts.
• Prepare discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial packages.
• Maintain detailed ledgers of PIP, EOBs, Medicare/Medicaid, and health insurance.
• File PIP arbitrations/lawsuits as needed.
