BCG Attorney Search in Montclair, NJ seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Requirements include a NJ license, minimum 5 years plaintiff-side experience, excellent negotiation and litigation skills, and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required).
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely case movement and positive outcomes.
