gpac, a growing legal recruitment firm, seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a fast-paced practice in Phoenix. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of plaintiff PI experience and will work directly with senior attorneys while helping lead a legal support team.

Arizona or Nevada bar license is required, with flexibility for in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. In addition to competitive compensation, the role emphasizes strong client service and leadership.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Nevada or Arizona Bar license.
• 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases and related litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Assist with depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior partners and attorneys on case strategy.
• Manage and guide a legal staff of approximately 10 employees.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow firm policies and procedures.
