gpac is seeking an Associate Attorney to join an established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Las Vegas. This role offers growth within a fast-paced practice and the opportunity to work directly with senior attorneys while helping lead a legal support team.

Qualified candidates have a JD, active Nevada or Arizona bar license, 1+ year of plaintiff PI experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. The firm offers in-office or hybrid options and Arizona remote possibilities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada or Arizona Bar license.
• 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent client service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases and related litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Assist with depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with senior partners and attorneys on case strategy
• Manage and guide a legal staff of approximately 10 employees
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow firm policies and procedures

Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join an established plaintiff personal injury law firm. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced practice. The firm is willing to train the right candidate and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior attorneys while helping lead a legal support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases and related litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Assist with depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with senior partners and attorneys on case strategy
• Manage and guide a legal staff of approximately 10 employees
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow firm policies and procedures

Qualifications
