Job summary

gpac is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join an established practice in Las Vegas. The role focuses on plaintiff PI cases, with opportunities to work directly with senior attorneys and lead a legal support team.

The ideal candidate has a JD, a Nevada or Arizona bar license, and at least 1 year of PI experience. You will draft pleadings, assist with depositions and trials, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding firm policies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada or Arizona Bar license.
• 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent client service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases and related litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Assist with depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior partners and attorneys on case strategy.
• Manage and guide a legal staff of approximately 10 employees.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow firm policies and procedures.

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Nevada or Arizona Bar license

Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills
