This opportunity is ideal for a recently licensed Arizona attorney or a 1-3 year lawyer with plaintiff personal injury experience seeking a long-term career with a firm committed to client advocacy.

As an Associate Attorney, you will work alongside experienced personal injury attorneys, support clients through all phases

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Assisting with discovery, settlement negotiations, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
