Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side practice. This fully remote role in the Phoenix area offers 1+ year PI experience, strong writing and negotiation abilities, and collaboration with a California-based team. Candidates must hold an active AZ bar license and manage multiple cases with organization and reliability. The position is permanent and pay is competitive, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona bar license is required.
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury or similar litigation.
• Experience handling cases independently or with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing skills for motions, demands, and other legal documents.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
• Review new cases and help determine strategy early on.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to maximize outcomes.
• Monitor deadlines and case updates, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with support staff and California-based team to move cases forward.
