Jobster LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a sharp plaintiff-side litigator with 5–7+ years of experience to lead complex personal injury cases and long-term disability matters. You’ll draft pleadings, negotiate with insurers, supervise paralegals, and manage cases through trial. Excellent client communication and a growth mindset are essential.

In-office position with some flexibility, strong teamwork, and a robust benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and parking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy on personal injury and long-term disability cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and correspondence.
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies.
• Communicate with clients with clarity and genuine empathy.
• Review medical records and expert reports.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants through a case management system.
• Oversee the settlement and lien reduction process.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
