Qualifications

• Admission to practice in Kansas or Missouri, and eligibility in both states.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally with a background and/or interest in insurance defense, healthcare negligence defense, or civil litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience in handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials - or strong motivation to learn to do so from seasoned litigators
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
