Job summary

Kevin McManus Law: Personal Injury and Accident Lawyers in Kansas City seeks an attorney with 3–5 years of legal experience to develop cases in detail and grow with a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

You will interact with clients, insurers, and a 20‑person staff, craft case strategies, review medical records, supervise paralegals, negotiate settlements, and strive for excellent outcomes with empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in legal practice, with a preference for personal injury law.
• Experience in working directly with clients and insurance companies and resolving claims in the pre-litigation and/or litigation process.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an attorney who has a desire to work up cases in detail while being supported by an A+ team. We’ve built an environment that allows more deep-thinking and creativity than most personal injury firms out there. Our new attorney will work with a growing team of 20 legal professionals and interact with clients, attorneys, judges, medical providers, and other legal professionals as needed. To be a part of our team, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years legal experience and should have the following skills/traits:

• Good with people and able to empathize with clients
• Motivated, takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Top tier organization and prioritization skills (a must-have)
• Hunger to learn and grow in all aspects of being a personal injury attorney
• Willing to take ownership and speak up to help us all improve everyday
