JEVS Human Services Career Center in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Work Ready employment specialist to help clients overcome barriers and secure dignified work. The role supports TANF participants, coordinates job placement activities, and partners with local employers to connect people with opportunities.

The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) at 123 S Broad Street, Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job development activities.
• Ensure diligent tracking and documentation of employment information from all staff.
• Coordinate services regarding clients’ job placement goals and appropriate job search activities.
• Oversee and facilitate relationship building with areas employers.
• Collaborate with organizations providing job placement services.
• Market program services and participants to employers via phone, video conference, and personal contacts.
• Actively engage TANF clients in the direction of employment.

This role, located at 123 S Broad Street, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days onsite, and 2 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
