JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia is hiring for a full-time role with a hybrid work setup (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) at 123 S Broad Street. The position focuses on overseeing job development, client placement, and collaboration with employers to connect TANF participants to employment opportunities.

The candidate will track employment data, coordinate services, and engage employers to expand program reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience in sales, workforce development, placement and/or job development
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred
• Car preferred; inner city travel required
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays

Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.

This role, located at 123 S Broad Street, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 2 days each week on-site and 3 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

The base pay for this position ranges from $51,000 to $60,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
