Qualifications

• Knowledge of key social service resources in the territory is preferred.

• Ensure all counseling sessions, IEP updates, training progress, and job placement efforts are documented

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, education, social sciences, or a related field required; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant client- or public-facing professional experience required, with at least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting
• Knowledge of key social service and employment resources within the assigned territory is preferred
