As the Placement Coordinator you would be responsible for the placement of foster care youth referred by the department who are in need of placement in a licensed treatment foster home. The Child Placement Coordinator will review all information provided by the referring source and collect any additional information that would help in making the best placement. In addition, they will coordinate with their Regional Director, Team Leaders and RC’s on placement needs within their region. The Child Placement Coordinator is expected to perform all job description responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni Family of Services and comply with all Omni Family of Services policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, local, state and federal regulations.
