Domino’s franchise team in the Washington DC area is seeking a capable supervisor to assist in daily oversight and execution of sales, costs, customer service, food quality, and sanitation. You will support the General Manager, ensure brand standards, and lead the team during shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lead the team on duty and oversee operations.
• Comfort with entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Able to handle cash accurately and reconcile cash.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food/service quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and prep lists.
• Manage labor scheduling and achieve labor cost objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per policy and provide staff training.
