Job summary

Domino's franchise in the Washington DC metropolitan area seeks a Store Supervisor to assist in daily oversight of sales, costs, customer service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers are welcomed and staff are responsive and service-oriented.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation to brand standards.
• Assist in opening/closing and prep lists with the team.
• Schedule labor according to activity and meet labor cost objectives.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Assist in product management and delivery coordination.
