Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability. You will manage operations, enforce company policies, and uphold legal and ethical standards across all shifts.

Responsibilities include station guidance, product preparation, cost controls, and ensuring readiness of operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, Serv-Safe certification, and prior shift lead

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Serv-Safe/local or state food service certification preferred.
Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
Manage execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
Adhere to station guidelines for dough management, portioning and product prep.
