Job summary

Papa John's International is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant shifts, ensure quality products and customer service, and support profitability through adherence to company policies and safety standards.

You will manage station duties, ensure proper dough handling, assist in inventory, cash management, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and teamwork across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs while upholding policies.
• Maintains a positive attitude, works well with others, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides timely feedback and problem resolution.
• Supports profit goals by managing costs and inventory using company systems.
