Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the squad and deliver high-energy hospitality. You will set an example of service, coach frontline staff, and ensure operations run smoothly to create pizza experiences that feel personal and inviting.

You will mentor team members, uphold standards, and collaborate with the General Manager to engage the local community and maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all operational standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
