Job summary

MOD Restaurants is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering great pizzas and salads with personal service and strong leadership. You’ll model MOD values and set the tone for a welcoming, high-energy shift that supports teammates and guests.

You will coach front-line staff, demonstrate standard operating procedures, and partner with the General Manager to engage the local restaurant community while upholding our inclusive hospitality ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience coaching and motivating front-line employees.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and lead with service mindset.
• Help create a MOD vibe customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high.
• Demonstrate and coach Squad in store tasks.
• Show knowledge of Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the restaurant community.
