Job summary

The role includes managing operations, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and ethical practices. The candidate should be able to work 32+ hours, including nights and weekends, and maintain a positive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred and Serv-Safe or local/state certification is preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and available to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned duties to ensure quality products and accurate procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals.
• Responds to customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows company policies, safety, and attendance guidelines.
• Exhibits core values and works well with others, staying flexible to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost targets.
• Uses the FOCUS System to manage profitability and efficiency.
• Executes cash management duties and helps manage inventory.
