Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating station duties, maintaining product quality, and supervising staff with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and portioning; prepares quality products.
• Contributes to meeting product goals and responds to customer needs while following company policies.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to address issues.
• Manages cash handling and inventory in line with company systems to minimize loss.
