Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Source and interview all store employees to ensure alignment with company values
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with managers in training
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Complete weekly and end-of-period inventory, manage par levels and ordering
• Accountable for store action plans, marketing, and KPI achievement
• Ensure security and verification procedures for deposits and cash handling
