Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Frisco, TX, to lead store operations, coach the Squad, and drive profitability while upholding MOD culture. The role emphasizes people leadership, accountability, and delivering a great guest experience.

You will ensure staffing, training, and processes support consistent performance, maintain inventory, and uphold food safety standards. A passion for people and community is essential to succeed at MOD.

Qualifications

• 2 years GM experience in a restaurant.
• Tenacious spirit with ownership for the business.
• Proven success training, developing, and leading teams.
• Experience ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory in food service.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive best possible results.
• Provide leadership to the Squad and Store Coach, Shift Captains and others.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and develop action plans.
• Engage Squad in problem solving and achieving store goals.
• Maintain staffing levels through proactive recruitment and selection processes.
• Build and sustain community relationships and manage cash handling.
