MOD Pizza General Manager leads your restaurant and a squad to deliver the MOD commitment to guests, while maintaining profitability and high standards of service.

You will spend time coaching and supporting the team, and handling admin tasks to align business and community engagement plans with MOD standards.

Success is measured by financial performance and by developing others to reach their potential, in The Dalles, Oregon.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience leading the leaders in restaurant management.
• Experience executing training, performance and staffing programs in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read and develop action plans from financial reports.
• Experience working with internal support teams (HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.).
• Ability to act decisively using prior experience and knowledge.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to support restaurant hours (nights/weekends).
• Must be 21+.

• Own staffing and build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and documentation.
• Utilize training plans and assess learning progress.

• Plan staffing using forecasts and labor models to meet MOD standards.
• Maintain loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
• Manage ordering and inventory to meet targets.
• Stay current on initiatives through internal communications.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and facilities teams.
